CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations must be cancelled 1 day in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged. The cancellation policy may vary per room type; please check the room description as well.

COMMENTS: A credit card is required as a guarantee. If the booking is not cancelled within our cancellation notice period, your credit card will be charged with the full amount of the booking. Please note if 3 or more rooms are booked, full payment is required one month prior to arrival, any cancellations made after this date will only be refunded if re-sold. Attention: all our bedrooms are non-smoking, with a strict policy, if ignored a GBP £120.00 charge will be made.

We reserve the right to charge the credit card used to secure the
reservation and any subsequent card for any loss/damage caused by yourself
or member of your party.

This includes the standard charge of £120.00 for smoking in the bedrooms, and by booking with us, you are agreeing to these terms, as we will charge the credit card used, without notification to yourselves.
