CANCELLATION POLICY: All online reservations must be cancelled online, 24 hours before your stay with us (24 hours before 2p.m. on check in day. All other reservations i.e. by phone, letter or personal visit, must be cancelled 24 hours before your stay with us (24 hours before 2p.m. on check in day). In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged. The cancellation policy may vary per room type; please check the room description as well. Phone, personal or letter bookings, should be cancelled by phone letter or personal visit.

COMMENTS: A credit card is required to guarantee the booking, and full payment will be taken on the day of arrival. If the booking is not cancelled within our cancellation notice period, your credit card will be charged with the full amount of the booking. Please note if 3 or more rooms are booked, full payment is required one month prior to arrival, any cancellations made after this date will only be refunded if re-sold. Attention: all our bedrooms are non-smoking, with a strict policy, if ignored a GBP £120.00 charge will be made.

We reserve the right to charge the credit card used to secure the
reservation and any subsequent card for any loss/damage caused by yourself
or member of your party.
